PhilipAlexander are delighted to once again sponsor St Mary's CE School Summer Fair.

The event will be held on the 23rd June 2012 at St Mary's CE Infant School, Church Lane, Hornsey, London, N8 7BU.

We look forward to an exciting Olympic themed day which will include food, drink, fun and games! The event will start at 12:30 and we hope to see as many of you there as possible!

Movember!

For the duration of November the lads at PhilipAlexander have agreed to grow a moustache - to raise money and awareness for mens health, particularly prostate cancer.

On the first of November the guys registered with Movember.com, with a clean shaven face - then for the duration of the month grow and maintain their own moustache!

St Mary's Christmas Fair

PhilipAlexander were proud to again lend their support to St Mary's CE infant school as the sponsor of their 2010 Christmas Fair.

The event took place on the evening of 3rd December and was a huge success with locals, parents, pupils and friends of the school coming in from the cold to enjoy the festivities and to help raise funds for the school.

After the success of the summer fair we were very keen to help out with the funding and promotion of the fair along with judging the children's poster competition and helping out on the evening by manning a stall.

The night included a choir and orchestra performances, a bar & hot food buffet, raffle, Santa, face painting, pom-pom making, book and gift stalls, games and challenges, biscuit decorating, a video games room and wrapping room.

Our 1st Birthday

In June 2009 we celebrated our 1st Birthday and invited the local community to join in the festivities.

PhilipAlexander are the proud sponsor of the Greig City Academy football teams

PhilipAlexander are delighted to announce the continuation of their investment in the local community with the sponsorship of The Greig City Academy football teams. The agreement will provide much needed support for the teams from Year 7 to sixth form ages.

The GCA players have displayed great attitude and preparation this year, demonstrated most recently in the away fixtures against an Academy side from Deal in Kent. Highlights included a superb 13-0 win for the Year 9 age group and a hard fought 5-3 win for the 6th Form side.

PhilipAlexander would like to congratulate the players on their hard work and look forward to featuring many more victories and match reports within this community section of the website.

PhilipAlexander Kick Off in Style!

Hornsey High Street on a sunny 7th June saw the official opening of PhilipAlexander. Amidst a fun-packed day that included free face-painting, food, drink and a big balloon giveaway, the newest face on the High Street certainly made their mark amongst the local community.

Alex Clayton commented "The launch party was our way of welcoming both new and existing clients to the office and showing our commitment and belief in the potential of Hornsey. Everyone had a great time and we would like to thank everyone who came down and made it such a special day for us".

Previously known as 'Town Lettings', PhilipAlexander will be continuing their successful lettings service with the addition of a Sales and Property Refurbishment division. Phil Wright added "We remain convinced that no other agent has as much local knowledge as PhilipAlexander, we understand out clients need and feel that we now offer an unrivalled service whether selling, letting, managing of providing project management of refurbishment projects".

Judging by the buzz and big turn-out at the launch party on Saturday 7th June, PhilipAlexander certainly won't be short of clients or friends in the local area!
